I got great value for my money at Saints Bay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the clifftops. The location was perfect, close to beautiful cliff walks and easily accessible by bus. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even cooking me breakfast personally each morning.

location, staff, cleanliness
food poor, meals rushed (chef eager to get away to go fishing), alternative menu available (bar menu) pub food. Noisy room (over front door & by extractors from boiler & kitchen)

Saints Bay Hotel is situated on top of the cliff which are ideal for great cliff walks, the staff were very friendly and helpful and great meals to choose from.
Too many menu's to choose from and as I was staying at the hotel residents can loose their parking spaces due to the vehicles that use the Dine & Dip.

We liked the location close to the cliff path and the menue of the restaurant/bar.
The shower hose was broken and leaked. The water flooded the bathroom into the bedroom. So, the technical facilities may be improved.

We had a lovely time at the hotel! Saints Bay is the perfect location for a quiet getaway. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. the highlight for us was the heated swimming pool, which was a decent size and not crowded despite the hotel being fully booked. We're seriously considering returning next year!
Could not be improved in any way. 😉.

I can't say what I enjoyed most as there were several reasons I would ckoose to stay here again. On arrival I was welcomed by both Shannon and Raimundo, who along with others remained very friendly throughout. I felt all the staff were friendly, this adding to the experience. My room was very spacious and as it was close to the reception on the ground floor, I would say it would suit disabled guests. The food was good, I enjoyed dinner and felt there was a fair range to choose from. The hotel is located very near to Icart Point, an excellent location for those wishing to take the cliff paths. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a delightful stay at this lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. the location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with gorgeous cliff walks just a stone's throw away. Being on a dip and dine half board basis, we were able to explore the stunning cliffs during the day and indulge in delicious meals in the evening. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the service was friendly and efficient, with attentive staff making sure we felt welcome. the breakfast was tasty and satisfying, providing a great start to our day of exploration. We enjoyed breathtaking views from the nearby Icart Point, a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel. This was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing break.
The pool and garden could benefit from some attention, as they seemed neglected and not as inviting as we had hoped.
